Spring Awakening

For the musical, Spring Awakening I was the lead artisan on all of the books which included a large Bible, antique Faust, Virgil schoolbooks, two notebooks, and a folio. The covers for the books were laser etched either into the leather or fabric before being glued to the book boards. The Bible block was found and recovered. The Faust block was printed and tea stain covered before being bound with a homemade book loom. The Virgil Books were bought as paperbacks which were stained and recovered.
